559 MMA (“we”, “us”) operates 559mma.com. This policy explains what we collect when you fill out a form on this site, why we collect it, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

Only what you type into our forms, plus basic analytics. That means:

• Your name, email address, and optionally your phone number and city.
• The interests you select, and any audience-specific details you provide — gym name, weight class, amateur record, CAMO status, business name, and similar.
• Anything you write in a message field.
• Referral and campaign information (where you clicked through from), so we know which outreach is working.
• Aggregate, privacy-friendly page analytics through Vercel Analytics. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.

Why we collect it

To gauge whether there is enough real interest in a Fresno MMA event to justify launching one, and to contact you about 559 MMA — event announcements, fighter and gym opportunities, and sponsorship conversations, depending on which list you joined.

Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We share it only with the service providers that make this site work — our hosting provider, our database provider, and our email provider — and only so they can process it on our behalf. We may disclose information if required by law.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it, or until it is no longer relevant to the 559 MMA project.

Your choices

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it entirely by emailing info@559mma.com. If you are a California resident, you have these rights under the CCPA/CPRA, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising them.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. Prospective fighters under 18 should have a parent or legal guardian involved in any contact with us.

Changes

We'll update this page if our practices change, and we'll change the date at the top when we do.
